Mentor Training

Program

The Mentor Program will help you develop skills to manage language instruction programs and effectively mentor your instructors. The training can be taken as a 10-course sequential program, or you may also take individual courses to meet your specific professional development requirements.

What you'll learn

You’ll get a brief introduction to backward design planning and developing a course syllabus. The next part of the program focuses on learning the steps to properly mentor language educators, which will be contextualized and tailored according to your professional reality.
